My journey as a spiritual healer started about three decades ago, I was very inclined towards spirituality even as a child and I still remember teaching myself the Mahamrityunjay mantra on my own at the age of 8, at a time when no one else in my house knew it, however, my journey started in true sense at the age of 19 when I did my first transformational program called “The Landmark forum” that taught me the art of non – judgement and holding grievances, post which I did ‘The Art of living with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and I got introduced to the Sudarshan Kriya.
Reading the book “Autobiography of a Yogi” was another landmark that completely transformed my life by drawing me to my master, Paramhans Yogananda. His presence and guidance made me realize what my true calling was, so I trained in other modalities such as heal your life as taught by the world renowned lecturer and teacher Louis Hay, Sujok for pain relief, Angel therapy , Switchwords, Angel card reading. I am an advanced theta healer and a strong believer of the powers of creator of all that is.

I believe that we are all born healers and are intuitive, the power lies dormant inside all of us its one own block that stop us from reaching one highest potential.

Anxiety, pain, trauma are all a state of mind and I believe there is nothing in this universe that can’t be healed, all that we need to understand is that one negative program can’t stop from achieving our highest and best. 
Once we understand that joy and peace is all within world shall be a beautiful place.

A few pointers towards positivity that magically work for me are:

  1. Practicing gratitude:Being in gratitude counting your blessings rather focusing on what you don’t can’t have at the present moment surely helps in shifting a lot for us.
  2. Releasing resentments practicing forgiveness one of the major reasons for any kind of dis ease in our body is tendency to hold on to grudges / resentments. If we practice releasing these resentments by way of writing release letters a lot will shift for us internally as well as eternally.
  3. In the times of the pandemic, we’ve seen people’s mental health really take a toll because of how terrifying the idea of solitude is to so many of us. Therefore, simple spiritual exercises like deep practicing deep breathing, visualizing white light, praying to a higher entity would help.
  4. I also feel that one of our biggest blocks is connecting to our Inner Child, which creates hindrances to our spiritual health, removing which enables the power within and creates avenues for us to create the vision we want to as per our highest and best potential.

Other than this regularly replacing one negative thoughts with positive statements , a process called ‘positive affirmations’ is a sure shot way to happiness, joy, peace and abundance.
