It has helped me to blossom into my authentic self, to trust my own wisdom and to not be afraid to let it show in my daily life. Sonali is a real person. There is no grandeur in her spiritual teachings. Her guided meditations help even the newbies into deep meditation for over an hour. The interactive book reading sessions are a true gift.
